Harry really, truely, and honestly does not realize (or believe) that
he's the problem here. Amazing isn't it?

I have him KF'd but there's still far too many people responding to him,
and the noise level is still too high.

It's about time to bury rec.boats.

Simple Harry - QUIT POSTING OT SUBJECTS that will cut at least half of
the garbage in here.....

I actually like Harry and have enjoyed many of his contributions and
occasional humor. The problem is his obsession with politics, both in
people and in general political philosophies. For all it's warts, I still
love this country and even though I don't necessarily agree with current
directions, I tire of the endless bashing. Constantly calling the POTUS
a "dumbfoch" gets old and is frankly childish. We have a system whereby
our leaders are elected and courses can be changed. rec.boats is not
part of the system.

I also don't subscribe to the notion that all posts *have* to be boating
related. OT posts are ok with me as long as they are of general interest
to people who also share a boating lifestyle or hobby. There's a bunch
of personalities here that the exchange of information, stories and
experiences with can be informative, interesting or just plain funny as
hell. I see nothing wrong with that.

Unfortunately, the constant focus on how screwed up this administration is
by Harry leads to responses (including from me) and it goes downhill from
there.

Ok .... so now we'll give it a go again. Harry's out of the Bozo bin.
Happy Birthday! :-)

That was a quick trip. He hardly had enough time to take a nap. He was
obviously shaken by your comments. Hopefully that will serve as a wake up
call. But , as they say, you can't change a leopard's spots.
