upon the consumer at the END of the food chain, just once. VAT is piled

Larry, you're missing the diamond in the pig slop here. The main problem
with your intense focus on the ills of the US is that it completely
ignores the worse conditions elsewhere. Like a magnifying glass, what
you focus on looks enormous and you can't see elsewhere. If you aimed
that same focus anywhere else you would see ten times the conspiracies
elsewhere and the US would look like a safe haven in comparison.
