I think we should allow the facts to come out. Apparently there is

I think we should eliminate all laws that attempt to regulate sex
between consenting adults. That would include the Mann Act, and all laws
that criminalize prostitution.

This doesn't take away from the stupidity of what Spitzer did and how he
did it, but I don't give a damn who he slept with and how much he paid
for it, unless public money was involved.

Depends upon what your definition of adult and consent is.
