If you are not certain they already know about the problem, I would
definitely let them know immediately. Then they have a reasonable time
frame to correct the problem, or they would be held responsible for any
and all damages.


I was talking the wife yesterday, not more than 10 feet from the tree
ready to fall. They know about it.
