I swear, over use of anti-biotics creates these situations.
The way we are pumping our cattle with antibiotics, I don't think your
abstinence will make much of a difference.
I don't eat a lot of red meat and very llittle white meat.


That leaves green meat, and fish. Maybe the occasional bug, as a snack.



Fish is great if you are light on mercury and other heavy metals.
