Well duhhh... it exploded last week. It was on one of the inside pages of
the NY Times.

I think Larry's argument goes like this: "We see large temperature
changes (over a period of millions and billions of years) so we just
assume this must be due to 'massive changes of the SUN', therefore
variation of the sun's energy output is proved to be the cause of all
temperature changes, then and now"

Never mind Lake Agassiz, continents moving, orbit changes, the
Earth's axis changing, anomalous thermohaline and other circulations,
stratospheric aerosols, etc. etc. I don't call 0.1% or 0.5% changes
"massive". He is an idiot or a crook or both.
