Lemme guess...... an E-machine....
Please - built by me.
Don't blame the fact that it is a PC. Blame it on the PS you
purchased.
I called my brother who has several and he said he goes through
one or
two a month.
I would not listen to any advice from your brother anymore.
This one was a 500 watt PS, but it's cheap - I just took it apart -
all potted, nothing fused, etc.
And that is the fault of the PC............or you for purchasing a
cheap
ass PS? ;-)
I wonder if it sez ETEC on the side?
I was watching an episode of Cops on truTV tonight only to see a
commercial
for Evinrude E-Tec's in between the wife beating and drug stabbing
shots.
What next? Advertising during the Judge Judy show?- Hide quoted text -

Well I was talking to my bud today and mentioned E-Tec, he went off on
how much everyone he talks to loves them. Little pricy, but everyone
he talks to loves them. He is a road sales rep for the largest repack
and repair outfit on the east coast and sees literally hundreds of
real boaters at marinas and marine hardware outlets all over his tri-
state sales area... But I guess the mag editors and news group dieties
probably know better than those off shore fishermen and commercial
pilots

Yeah, there are *two* ETECs in the mostly outboard boat fisherman's
marina I use. One is on a cop boat that hardly ever goes out, and the
other is on a boat I have seen running once.

Harry,
You actually have to go down to the water to see the boats. Very few
will run by in your living room.
