Storage recommendation(s) in FL/GA solicited

Hi, Y'all...

We're about to leave the boat for 3-4 months (mid-March to mid-June/
early July) to attend to family business. When we return, we're
heading to Maine on the Gulf Stream and other northerly pointings,
from somewhere either in FL or GA. At the moment we're in the Miami
area.

Our preference would be for ground, secure, storage, but we'd consider
in-the-water alongside/out back/in someone's home or condo slip if
recommended or owned by one of this group/list.

We have some challenges, in that we're slightly over 6' deep and over
63' tall, so access to some areas (e.g. Indiantown, otherwise
attractive) won't happen. We could go on the ground in St. Petersburg
(which we know from our 3 year refit and later 4 month rehab - it has
some advantages because of our familiarity) for about $300 a month
plus hauling. If we were to stay in the water at someone's house or
condo's slip (right out back, not remote) where an eye could be cast
upon us on a regular basis (visual, from home, not maintenance trips),
we'd expect some fraction of that cost.

Any place on or near the coast of FL from St. Pete around to, and, GA,
would do. Any personally known (that is, you know personally, rather
than speculation) suggestions as to who I might contact to accomplish
that? Any "insider" info about any given marina/boatyard which might
lend an advantage?

We'll be making the decision in the next week or so, as we'll have to
be sailing if it isn't right in this neighborhood, and we don't want
schedulitis!

Thanks, as always.
