The Regulator looks like a nice hull too but it seems pretty shallow
in the ass end. Not the deep Vee I would expect in an offshore boat.
But then again I don't know from offshore boats...
Shallow in the back end? What does that mean?
OH I actually answered this before I saw it was you Harry, no, I
was not suggesting it was a LTP..
Indeed, the idiocy must continue.
Incidentally, my Parker has 21 degrees of deadrise at the stern, a 25"
transom height at the top of the motor bracket, and at least six more
inches of transom height on each side of the motor bracket cutout, and
four draining scuppers in the cockpit. And since I don't have a very
heavy outboard on the transom, the boat floats pretty high in the back
end. In 30 hours of use so far, the only water from the Bay I've gotten
in the boat is via a bucket to wash out some bait guts.
I suppose if I were a PussyBoater...well, I'm not. :}
