Yikes! *If you want them all why not just click the file in the
"complete" link at the top of the box? *That's what I did and I got
the complete book in one pdf which seems more useful than having
individual files...

Yikes! If you want a Bowditch go on ebay or to your local book
reseller or store and get a nice copy.
