Default Catamaran bridgedeck clearance

I'm considering buying a 36' Jaguar Catamaran.
My major concern is that the bridgedeck clearance appears to be 21' at
the stern. *Does anyone have any experience with wether this is a
problem?

I know it is low, but is it too low? *Is it ok for a 36' cat?

Thanks
Andrew

Many thanks to all for the comments & feedback.
Yes is the one listed in Texas. And yes my mistake I meant 21 inches
clearance !!
The boat is the configuration discussed by Vic. The heads are in the
bows of the boat. There do seem to be some cosmetic quality issues
such as a strip holding up the headliner in the salon hanging as
though it has come unglued/ unscrewed. It has been for sale since
last July as best I can tell.
I do like the "feel" and layout of the boat.
I will be using it for coastal cruising initially with longer term
plans to "go cruising".
