You probably don't realize that is one of the fundamental purposes of
the church that you fight so hard against ... to provide an outreach

and as part of a larger organization to provide it on a national and
world-wide level.
I don't fight against "the church" until it tries to shove itself in my
life.
Or, do like I do when the Jehovah's Witness' or Mormons show up at the
door. I tell them I will listen to their pitch but, they first have to
listen to my pitch to become a Catholic. Usually the say not thank you
and get on their way.
Do the Mormons really do that? Quite frankly, I doubt it, and if so
there is a training problem or it was a rare incident. These kids who
save and work their whole lives and pay their own way to all parts of
the world are there to interact and work within the community. Some of
the elderly here know that they can call on these kids to help around
the yard, stack or chop wood, put on a roof... and if you really don't
want to hear doctrine, you don't have to. Careful now what you guess,
I am a Mormon
Although in general, I don't like their company, but
that is another story...they are not who I worship...
I don't have anything against Mormon's. I worked a Mormon and he was the
nicest and happiest guy I had ever met. His positive outlook and
enthusiasm got more out of you the a guy cracking a whip.
We used to have a 120# GSD, when we opened the door with one hand and
held the collar of Spike with the other you didn't get much of an
argument from anyone. Now that we have the wonder Beagle's we have to
do a bit more talking.
