Occasionally they do let a decent marbled piece of meat through at the
Publix or Winn Dixie. You just have to watch for it. A week or so ago
Publix had rib roast on sale and they had a case full every day. I
managed to pick out a couple loin end pieces that were bordering on
prime. It took a week of looking tho.

Maybe I'll have to go on a mission and check the meat counters at
Winn-Dixie, Albertsons and Publix for several contiguous days. Maybe I can
score a decent roasting cut.
