You are an idiot for believing what he said. All the houses in my
development were custom built. If 3,800 ft2 of living space with a 3 car
garage and a wooded back yard is cheap then I guess you live in a different
world than I do. The house has gone up in value by a strong 6 digit figure
since we built it 15 years ago.
