I think another award could be "Most Useless Posts Per Floating Hour".
The more time one would actually spend on the water, the less likely
they'd win the award. Do you think we can come up with a verifiable
method to realistically keep track of hours? The honor system?

My original was '...Per Engine Hour' but I want to be sure to not forgot
the sailboaters.
