This appears to be another ABSURD claim that the Supreme Court 'Stole' or
'Gave' the election to Bush.

I am sure you know this but, for the benefit of those who don't: The US
Supreme Court decision in the election
revolved around the question of could the FL Supreme Court change the
election requirements that the FL Legislature enacted.

The law had specific requirements of when results needed to be turned in.
When it became obvious that all the recounts could not be completed, the
Dems filed suit to change to a later date. The Fl Supreme Court agreed and
the US Supreme court overturned this decision.

IF the FL law was vague as to date requirements, then the FL Supreme Court
could interpret it but, since it was very clear, they could not re-write the
law.
