If anyone cares, I answered my own question. The "Sea Ray" branded
outboard is a Force outboard motor in disguise

I didn't realize that Sea Ray would offer this type of set-up. I know
that they only offer MerCruiser I/Os, so I assumed they would only
offer Mercury outboards.
