The best way to get farmland around here is via a sale of dedicated
farmland, that is, farmland that gets a much lower tax rate because its
owners have pledged legally to never let it go subdivision or have on it
more than one house. That gets attached to the deed...forever.

Until the developers find out how many contiguous acres you have and
that your have access to Route 2, 4 or 5 then you the deed will be
amended and the zoning changed.
