I think it's supposed to look like a spell concoction. *If you look
carefully, there's smoke coming out of it too. *It's outside a
witchcraft shop. *There's a few of them in that town.

That's cool, I've never been there, what's the draw?
What's the draw? I dunno. It's just a quaint old town with an
interesting history. It's turned into a tourist attraction with a lot
of good restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, etc. And it's
tolerant of "alternative" lifestyles. I've lived near it all my life
so it doesn't seen that special to me, just another place to go. But
it always seems to be full of tourists as well as locals out on the
streets. Just google "New Hope, PA" and you'll find a ton of
information about it.
