Game over. Canada won 3-2 in overtime, winning it's 4th straight World
Junior Hockey championship..
We had quite a scare as Sweden tied things up in the 3rd and were comimg
on strong. ("looked comfortable on their skates" as my wife would say)
note: Sweden were well rested after getting a bye into the final for
having the best record in the 'round robin' tournament.
Canada had a big game yesterday against the American team.


You are obviously a big hockey fan if you are watching Jr. Hockey.

Probably not big enough. We have a Major Junior team in the Quebec League
and I only go when my brother-in-law offers his skybox,
We also have a Jr A team that plays one city block from me at the old
arena. I seldom walk up to that...although they are crying for support.
