Yeah, but that's a different issue. I'm all for artists getting paid
for their work. It's not just kids who think anything digital should
be free. I worked with a guy - highly paid, outwardly high morals -
who could not understand how using ??? - I forgot, but it was the big
peer to peer that soon thereafter got outlawed - was stealing.
He was more in love with technology than I, and he just about blew his
top when I said most internet use was for porn. That was fun.

If he was using Kazaa, chances are good that he paid even when he didn't
think he was paying. So many people's computers were turned useless by
Kazaa's spyware, and required reformatting/OS reinstall. Lots of geeks made
money doing that for customers.
