I lived for a year with a Marine in Korea....

Tsk.. tsk. You admit to 'living in sin' for an entire year?

Might have been a female Marine. But your mind is normally in the
trash.

Was he married to her numbnuts?
Some might consider playing house with a female for a year 'living in
sin'.
On the other hand..knowing our Johnny, I'm sure it was a platonic
relationship.

Agreed, I miss read your reply. But I know what you mean. You an
undercover Rainbow warrior? And you drive a Ford.
Don't hold that Ford against me. It's the 1st and probably the last
I'll own/lease.

Huh? What went wrong with your Ranger Don?

Nothing in particular. It's just a bit rough riding and I find the
visibility bad when backing up out of my driveway.
We live on a narrow street with fairly regular pedestrian sidewalk
traffic.
At least three times in the last 20 months I've scared myself just seeing
old ladies suddenly pop into view in the rear mirrors or in the little
supercab door window.
Twice it was the two sisters who always pass using a walker.

Damn, and I was thinking about dumping the idea of the F-150 and downsizing
to a Ranger as it would still meet my towing needs. If the Ranger has a
rough ride, I wonder how the F-150's ride is?

We have a 3 car garage but looking at these full size pickup trucks makes me
wonder if one will fit in my garage, even though one bay has an extended
length. Once my son's car is gone I will only have a problem with the
height of the 2 car bay.

My brother in law's brother has an F-150 and parks it outside because the
damn thing won't fit in his garage.....that is what got me thinking about
downsizing. I guess I have to start looking at the dimensions of these
full size trucks.

There are different bed sizes, and wheelbases, available. The 8' bed on
a SuperCrew (or whatever they are calling it now) is a very long truck.
A base F150 with a short box isn't nearly that long.
