I just got a "heads up" from the boat broker. He says the buyer of
the
Navigator is going to request that he be given free use of my slip for
the
rest of the winter.

'Nother heads up" Marinas usually require a contract review, or
signing when owners change. Proof of liability insurance, and to be
named on the policy. Hope your buyer brings vaseline. Unless you own
the slip, This looks as if it could get messy. Could lose the slip.
Write a separate contract stating that with 30 days notice it will be
returned to you. Notarize, and file at county records. Just MHO Stay
