I agree. The stuff in jars is full of salt for flavor, instead of the
flavor of fresh veggies, and it's pulverized into a slurry!
You haven't tried Newman's or Imus then.
Try them sometime - they are pricey, but worth it.
And both, I think, donate the profits to charity.
