The one and only time I headed for the men's room there, it was closed.
Apparently the place has or had ongoing septic tank leakage or overflow
or some other sort of sewage problems. Or maybe you had just used it to
drop a load.

Or maybe they were made aware of your personal septic tank issues and
shut it down when they saw you running.
