Two of the very best in the US are Miami and Ft Lauderdale:

Lauderdale was in October, Miami coming up in February. Both shows
are a hoot, and *everyone* who is anyone is represented.

The NY show is coming up in December and has a lot of folks there,
nothing like Miami or Lauderdale though.
