I've used the "Sound Recorder" bundled in most Windows versions. It's a
little tricky to coordinate, but it works. You open the sound recorder
program on top of the music source ... in this case the link to the tune you
want, then start the music and quickly start the recorder.
You will have an option later to save it at several different bit rates.
