Default Aftermarket Alpha Outdrives (part two)

We went out on Sunday and headed over to the Cedar Point area, but the
lake was pretty crappy and just cruised around for a bit and went back.

Well, at least the wind was blowing the right way for a change for easy
docking.

The family next to me just bought a new 288 FourWinns Fiesta (9ft
beam).
It's their first boat and they had four adults and 6 children (3-7) and
one three month old baby.

They headed towards Kelley's and turned around about halfway there,
cruising at 9 mph.

Results :

One barfing child, one scared child, one sick adult, one broken stern
seat. The main thing was they made it back safely and learned something
in less than 5 footers.

Since everyone made it back okay, I'll say too funny. We got back from a
weekend at PIB around 1:30pm. We didn't encounter much weather. Did
have problems shifting though and with the wind almost ended up on the
rocks and/or taking out another boat.

New boat
+ Less than perfect docking abilities
+ Increasing winds
+ Outdrive that won't go in or out of gear consisiently

Total: Humiliation
