Mayhaps Wayne is getting fed up with the stupid "everyone else is
responsible for my irresponsibility" attitude of too many Americans.
Go on the water on a boat and you will need to deal with waves and
wakes...... from both sides.
Sure, there are idiots who have no knowledge and/or concern about their
potential for creating a problem with their wake....but their numbers are
equalled and exceeded by those idiots who have no knowledge or common sense
to realize that on the water, wakes/waves may cause them problems under
many conditions and it's up to them to handle those problems so that their
passengers and their vessel can proceed, safely.
