My brother does something like that.
But my son has multiple boxes, and software emulators.
If something doesn't want to be emulated, he runs it on the
appropriate box. He has about 6 PC's.
On his 64 bit box he loaded XP 32-bit, XP 64-bit, then Vista 64 bit,
in that order. Different partitions.
When he boots he sees the Vista boot manager, which asks if wants to
load Vista or earlier OS's (XP's)
He also has a 32-bit box with XP and Vista. XP has to be installed
first.
Anyway, he needs Vista to run Halo II. You can't run it without
Vista, as they ported it to Vista only.
