It looks brand new, SFB. Who would remove an OEM rub rail and replace it?

Sorry, Dingy, but the boat in question is a Parker "SE" model. It
started life with a cut-out transom. Perhaps you should merge with
Reggie: he doesn't know anything about boats, either.
