I sold my business here in Northern Tasmania last year and retired early.
Renovated my house and put it on the market this year.
I've got a list of three boats to look at, all 351 Beneteaus. Two are ex
charter.
Plan is to cruise the Caribbean for 18 months then up the East Coast and
across to the Med.
I was originally planning on a bigger boat and finding crew for each leg but
I wouldn't want to be stuck in a marina because someone didn't turn up. Or
worse, have to accept someone I should've turned away. I'm sure regulars on
this group know what I mean.
So I'll single hand a 35 foot boat.
Trouble is the house sale fell through and I've had to re-list it. That's
put me back a bit.
