That boat is very much real. No PhotoShop done to the picture.
The couple that are on it live on it year-round and work doing
maintenance
at Kingman Yacht Center.
They are really great people.

I'd be more worries about it capsizing.
Weight appears pretty evenly distributed, and it's definitely sitting low
in the water. Unless a big wave comes into the marina and causes it to list
about 40 degrees, it should be pretty safe from capsizing.
