Different issue. I'm talking about water being illegally exported for use as
drinking water. It doesn't seem like it could have much of an impact on such
big lakes, but apparently, it's true. I'll see if I can wade through my 83
billion bookmarks and find you some information. Mostly, I've just read
local newspaper articles.


Is it illegal to take water from the Great Lakes to other countries?
What about the water flowing into the Atlantic? Are you going to arrest
the Atlantic Ocean?
