Well, let's just take a straw poll here....

I will guarantee that at least two thirds of the conservatives that I
know and associate with are in pure denial that global warming is
real. There's been pages and pages of debate right here in rec.boats.

There are many conservatives who believe the dinosaur/flintstone
relationship in that cartoon series was real, and that Terry Schiavo
wasn't brain dead.
