They've been selling Hondas for as long as I have been in the DC area.

I don't know whether the dealership will order a Parker sans engines.
Never asked. I know that Robin Parker told me once some years ago that I
could buy a Parker without engine or rigging. It only came up once and I
never pursued it.

Does your new boat come with the square electronic dash instruments?
They're optional, and up to the boat manufacturer.
