It is the best time of the day to get some work done. No phone calls
and no interruptions.

When I was fighting the corporate wars, I always got in by 5:30 AM,
cleared my desk, did what ever was left over, got the day's schedule
rolling. Got more done between 5:30 and 9 AM than I did the entire
rest of the day.

yup, and if I get caught up because I came in early, I just go home and
miss the rush hour traffic.
