Absolutely one of my greatest pet peeves..... a Google of "mustek
sucks" yielded over 68,000 responses.
I have promised myself that, in the future, any consideration given a
big ticket purchase or monthly commitment will involve a couple of
calls to the manufacturer's tech support line, first. Bad English?
ESL? No purchase from *that* manufacturer.
Now *that* is a damn good idea!
