It was pretty clear that Alzheimers had begun to set in when Ronny was

office. That's not just my opinion.


Even with Alzheimer's he was a better President than any other in the 20th
century...


Why's that? He was a good actor, but his policies weren't good for much. He
was excellent when he cut and ran from Lebanon.
