The imaginary wife and two of my fictitious kids spent the day on the lake.
My main objective was to relax and try to finish up Michener's book on
South Africa. I did not succeed. The kids kept messing with me, so I
finally got into the water.
My daughter went trolling for studs at the marina. I finally got out
the boat hook and chased the horny dogs off.
Life with an imaginary boat is mega cool and from what I have read in
rec.boats, much cheaper than the real thing.
Oh Reggie, you silly fop. You forgot to bring along your imaginary
mistress. Thats what puts the cuddy in your cabin.
My imaginary mistress has a transom that's high and tight and a narrow
beam. She looks great with all her canvas off, and a graceful but
pronounced flare in the bow draws admiring glances from fellow
mariners. (She can be a lot of fun in head seas).
Um...er...ah...
Now, I'm talking about a boat- of course :-)
Of course you are. :)
