Not really - it has to do with capacity and timing issues for the
injector. Apparently, they can make it work, but the whole thing
about weight/power ratios is an issue.
Plus the EMM software and hardware is expensive and when you are
looking at engines that only price out at 2/3K, it's not exactly a
money maker.
It is the one area where four strokes have the advantage compared to
higher tech like ETEC - and I hesitate to say this, but normally
aspirated two stroke engines.
