Not the hull under the deck, because if you look closely, you'll see the
usual bronze drain plug at the vee.

Probably drains the engine well when running on plane unless it is
possibly a live well drain.





I dunno. Most recirculating livewells I have seen on small boats (like
all the small boats I have owned) have a bronze inlet in the bottom of
the hull and an overflow that pumps out above the waterline, again, so
you know the overflow is working.

It's just an oddity. I'm sure there is some explanation that makes sense.
