Anyway, I went to the site and thought I'd give the Butt Rub a try. Then I
found the 'recipe' page, which looked very interesting. So, I called the
877 number, spoke to a very nice lady, and placed an order for a couple
large bottles of the stuff.

I'm sharing this because the recipe site looks good! I'll let you know
about the Butt Rub after I've tried it on a pork shoulder.

I've used it for years on slow cooked Boston Butts and can highly recommend
it. The seafood recipes look interesting.
