I have yet to find a plausible explanation for Bush sounding like an
idiot every time he speaks with an education such as he enjoyed.

I have listed several prominent and intelligent people from American history
who were known to be exceptionally poor speakers in their time. Some people
just don't speak well in public. Some people just can't seem to grasp basic
math concepts. And some people continue to vote Democratic despite all of
the evidence proving that you'd have to be an idiot to do so. Why does
there have to be an "explanation" for everything?
