I have a1997Regal with a Volvo Penta 3.0 GS. The v belt that
connects from the crankshaft pulley to the power steering pulley and
another pulley broke. It appears that the only way to replace this
belt is to remove the front engine mount. Is there another way to

Excellent suggestion CalifBill. I wished Volvo used your
proactiveness. :-)


Not my idea, as my boat motors were never that way. But a friend had the
same problem and someone else told him to do this.
