Need an OB that has a really small upper unit and a long shaft. Lots
of them out there but I found Nissan/Tohatsu with Extra long and am
considering that model.

I see plenty of those brands around on Chesapeake Bay, usually as
auxiliary engines on smaller sailboats and as stern mounted trolling
motors on smaller fishing boats. Sometimes I even see them running!
Seriously, it seems a decent little motor.
