That's not too bad. I'm a bit surprised at boat storage rates up
north.
Last year I priced boat storage around Charlotte harbor in Florida,
and found monthly rates of $2/ft outside, $4/ft inside.
With a 17' boat I'd get creative with space alongside the garage,
if you can.
