Does anyone have a schematic for
a Suzuki 4 stroke Outboard, 70HP 2003 model,
or where to find a copy ?

If you can't find anything online, you can go to the www.evinrude.com
website and click on engine diagrams in the parts & accessories section.
Select Johnson Outboards on the pull down menu, then 2003, then 70hp.
Johnson used the 70hp Suzuki engine for several years with their name on
it.
