Default Synthetic or regular oil?

Mac, many a year ago I had an original Kawasaki jet ski. Was friends
with several pros and builders. Their thought was stick to dino oil as
the synth stuff was so clean the bottom end didn't get lubed enough.
With an outboard, not sure if it would bear the same results or not.
With dino oil in a jet ski enough was left unburnt to get down to the
crank to lubricate it. With a vertical V6 not sure how that would play
in as gravity isn't going to do much with getting oil to the side.

Which is best to use in a 2-cycle outboard motor? Does the synthetic
tend to create the 'varnish' buildup as does regular oil? Does it do
a better job of lubricating?

Thanks......

Mac

If it is a low tech two cycle, any reputable brand of two cycle oil is
fine. There's no need to waste money on synthetic two cycle oil for
these engines.
