And the bigger yachts are being venerable in a market. Chuck was
probably right, about the second mortgages etc. and 600 thousand is a
bit steep for the average working stiff to be paying for a yacht,
especially one that will probably do more sitting than cruising. not
counting maintenance and slop fees that go on wether the boat is being
used or not.
Still, there are people out there that have "serious" money that can
buy a boat like that and put it on a credit card. But I suppsoe a
person can get bored with anything, especially if you have the funds
to pay for such comodities.
out of curiosity, could the boat be chartered out for the weeekeders
and time share crowd??
